Pricing & Registration

Registration is FREE* if you work for a drug developer, research organization, or academic institution.

Each eligible company is entitled to a maximum of two complimentary passes. Additional colleagues are very welcome to join at an additional fee of $799 / $899 / $999 (Super Early Bird / Early Bird / Standard). Please use the 'additional colleague pricing' above or inquire here to book on your wider team.

*Please note that credit card details will be taken upon registration, and a nominal fee of $0.50 charged.

**To qualify for our drug developer and academic pricing, your organization must have a publicly available pipeline or you must work for an academic institution, and you must not provide solutions or services for a fee to any other company.

Free access is only granted once approval of eligibility is confirmed, and is limited to two passes per company. Hanson Wade retain the right to reject or cancel your registration if eligibility criteria are not met, and paid registration will then be required to access the event.

Hanson Wade reserves the right to charge free access guests a non-refundable charge of $100 if they do not attend the entire event if they fail to give 7 working days’ notice of non-attendance.
